The is an NetworX NX-4 alarm system present, however the previous tenant had his own system installed and then removed when he left. The original NetworX NX-4 system wiring is still installed, but the 5 x PIR's and box needs to be reconnected. I need a building on a caravan site. The cement floor is 6.2m x 8.27m There is an existing bathroom and kitchen on the site and the new house must be build as close to the existing building as possible. There is currently 3 caravans on the site and they are rusted and needs to be removed. A very small 3 bedroom and living room must be build on the site. I did draw up a plan in but the person who drew up the plans didn't want to submit it for approval. I attached the plan but it is not approved by the municipality. I want to ask, I am going through a disciplinary investigation, how long after the date of the letter must the hearing be held? The owner of the school told the manager to tell me when I went home that I am not allowed to go back to work and I have also been at home for 4 days after they told me I am not allowed to go back. I actually gave in my resignation on 18 March and the manager refused to sign it and now the letter of investigation says 30 March and hearing was on 02 April but I ONLY received the letter today 04 April. What should I do? How many days after a letter date is a hearing supposed to be held ?

I purchased a house in Jan . The agreement according to the OTP is that the transfer would be done by the 30th April due to me having an active lease elsewhere which ends at the same time. I've paid all registration and bond costs already. Two weeks ago, I get a call from the agent telling me that she has some bad news which is that the sellers new purchase didn't go as planned. When I asked what that meant for me she started to beat around the bush and not say anything. I then called her senior who advised me that they just wanted to check because sometimes there can be some arrangement made and the transfer postponed on mutual agreement to which i maintained that I do not have anywhere else to go and therefore cannot agree. Now, the transfer attorneys and agents work for the same group, even in the same building and are also both attending to the sellers new purchase. The transfer attorneys then sent a mail more than 1 week ago saying they need to need to request a new updated rates clearance. They did this in March also and it took them 48hr to receive. Today I get another mail saying they are not still waiting and they will lodge once they receive it. Given the timeframe and start of this whole purchase being months ago, they had enough time to plan for this. It now seems it is being deliberately delayed by the agents and TAs to keep their other customer happy. I now know that the transfer won't complete in time (plus all the public holidays) which puts me and my family in a really tough situation. I'd like an to issue a letter of demand as a first step due to the matter discussed above, thereafter potentially cancel and sue for full damages
A burst pipe or geyser in my house. , reported to SANTAM INSURANCE waiting, they cannot allocate a plumber... Blaming it on being a holiday. I do understand. So does this mean that emergencies can only be attended to on normal week days and working hours, NOT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.... Now SANTAM asks me if I mabe know of a plumber who can atleast come isolate the water????? When I contacted the SANTAM PLUMBER assigned to come sort out the problem, 4 hrs later he says that his guy on duty is not answering his phone. The owner from STELLENBERG PLUMBERS... This is on behalf of a refugee who has been here since - with renewed refugee permits every 4 years. As of , Home Affairs stopped cooperating with regards to giving an updated permit. There is currently a standing application with the Standing Committee for permanent residence as the refugee has established a full on life here despite being born in the DRC. They have no life left for them there as they arrived here at the age of 4. I need a quote on what it would take to finalise the process with the standing committee
