I currently have an asbestos roof, and there are several leaks currently due to missing nails on the asbestos sheets, and some damaged/missing sheets. I would like to get a quotation for repairing the current roof, but also a quotations to replace the current roof with Tiles. I prefer an email communication.

I am a South African National living overseas but I own property in phoenix that I would like to develop. There is present a building on the plot which I have rented out. With the balance of the land I want to build a double storey. Upstairs as residence and ground floor as small business premises to let out for rent. Because there is red tape for transfer of money, iwant to do the project in phases.
My current house is sqm, want to extend up until sqm. Restructure the layout. Currently its a 3 bedroom double storey house - 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning room and TV room. Use Ripper Razor wire which is more difficult to cut. Spikes or Flatwrap razor wire at top of fence to prevent climbing over top of fence if you think this is necessary. Posts must be anchored in ground with concrete. Please also include in quote for a gate of razor wireof two possible sizes to make up part of the total 32m length of fence: 1) pedestrian gate, 2.1m high to fit in the 32m fence with secure un-pickable lock , OR 2) a car size double gate totalling approx. 2.4m wide, 2.1m high with secure un-pickable lock .
