Remodeling and renovating 4 small single rooms into 2 bachelor units and 1 small single room. Bachelor rooms to have a basic bathroom and kitchenette. This will require some plumbing work and electricals. For a student accommodation . I need a good contractor. One who really understands buildings and has good references. Someone who is neat, detailed, communicative and has good time management.
Hi, I built a tiny 26sqm home. Most of the electrical work is done, and only the earthing and circuit breaker still need to be installed. Also the underground plumbing is done, but the inside fittings (except for the toilet) needs to be done. I won’t be using a geyser, but rather want in instant heater. Can you kindly visit me to provide a quote to complete the work and furnish an electrical and plumbing certificate. Kind Regards Elsa

I want to extend one bedroom by moving a wall between the bedroom and lounge by approximately 1m. Separately the bathroom I want to modernize by removing the bath and installing a shower. Additionally, removing the passage storage space and moving the bathroom door to the space that would be added as seen in the image attached.
A granny flat, complete with kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom and one extra room. Aluminium window frames, tiled/laminate flooring, electrical work, plumbing. I am looking at quotes and still deciding what would be feasible prior to undertaking work on the main house. The photo I’ve added is the section behind the house, there is already an outbuilding but is basic and could be the base already

Remove a large jacuzzi tub and put in a smaller bath and re-tile either partially (aporox 3.5m by 2 m floor and wall or fully tile floor and walls, dependent on the costs thereof. I require a quotation with innovative suggestions and alternatives to choose from. I require a good recommended builder in the area to come across to my daughter's home in Fourways to discuss a replacement plan and to give indicative quotes to consider. Monday would us suit well, when both my daughter and son-on-law will be around and working from home. I can send a few photos if necessary in a,day or two. Thanks, .
