Good morning I live in London, UK and own a house in Petrel Close in Camps Bay which is operated as a guest Villa by Nox rentals. I have obtained planning consent for the demolition of an existing garage and the construction of a new garage at street level and refurbishment and conversion of an existing garage into a fully-equipped gym with an external access passageway as shown in the attached plans.
