A small block of flats needs help maintaining the 10 single-car wooden garage doors, including 1 that was recently installed & painted, and 1 that was recently installed but not yet painted. Here is the work that needs to be done: A) 8 older garages - Exteriors need to be sanded, primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interiors need to be oiled (silkwood/linseed). B) 1 brand new, unpainted garage - Exterior needs to be primed (2 layers), and painted white (2 layers). Interior doesn't need oiling (was just done). C) 1 recently painted garage - Exterior needs 1 layer paint (to match other whites), but no sanding/priming needed. Interior needs to be oiled (silkwood oil provided by owner). See photos of some of the garages for reference. We'd like a quote for labor, paint, and oil.

The bathroom and bedroom are attached to one another and the shower is against the wall in between the two. So now over time the water soaked through the wall and the old (plus minus 4-5 square metres) paint must be removed on the wall where it started flaking and dampseal must be added two layers on top after which I will be painting new paint over the dampseal. Dear Sir/Madam Kindly quote me on the below information Roof consists of corrugated iron sheets, with wooden louvres at the top (Figure 1) for air movement and Fasi boards, gutters, and downpipes on the edges. The building has a footprint of ±m2 (Figure 2). We have water ingress issues in the following parts of the property 1. Where the lodge joins main house 2. Where music room joins main house 3. Above first floor en suite bathroom 4. In bar room where sheet roofing meets main house Note: all flashing appears to be in bad condition and could be the main cause. We need all ingress to be resolved. Also need all guttering to be inspected and evaluated and replaced where necessary to ensure efficient water run off.
