looking for house to rent for 1 February. Need container to pack up house and then to be dropped off at your depot for collection as soon as we can move in. We have 3 seater, 2 seater, 1 seater lounge set with coffee table, TV unit meduim. Kitchen appliances, fridge, dishwasher. 1 double bed and one single bed, 3 x desk meduim, side table x 2 , chest and 2 x shelves. estimate 20 x boxes about 1m by 1m and 2m high.

Please be advised that vehicles in excess of 3 tons may not enter The Estate. Kindly note that it is recommended that all Residents discuss the above limit on truck size with their chosen moving company, as in the event the moving truck is determined to be too big to enter the Estate it shall not be able to enter the Estate. Accordingly it may be necessary for the Resident and/or their chosen moving company to bring a trolley or smaller vehicle for the sake of expediency in transporting furniture and goods from the truck into the Estate.
I require a quotation for a heavy-duty, once-off garden clean-up for a rental property where the garden has been neglected and is currently heavily overgrown with weeds. We have no particular styling preferences; the goal is simply to strip back the overgrowth and restore a clean, neat garden space. The scope includes thoroughly removing weeds from all flower beds, clearing the grass and weeds growing inside the concrete retaining wall blocks, and cleaning out the vegetation between the paving bricks and along the picket fence line. Please note that lawn mowing is not required, but the quotation must include the removal of all garden refuse generated.
I have a small garden but need assistance with the layout. I need to also plant some grass. I would ideally want to use the plants that I already have mostly as my budget is small. I need to work around a very big Jakaranda tree in my small garden. Lots of shade, but I love a colourful garden and not only greenery. I prefer an informal garden that will enhance the big birdlife I already have.
We are relocating from a 2 bedroom apartment at the Sentinel into a 3 bedroom apartment in Beacon rock. All items to be packed up, the lounge suite may need to be disassembled to be removed from the door. We currently reside on the 3rd floor with a lift into a 3 bedroom apartment all items to be packaged and transported accordingly and the big items to be consequently unboxed and left in their respective locations in the new place
Relocating from townhouse to 3-bedroomed house in St Francis. Move should be in and around 16 February to 13 March . We will pack our own boxes so just need boxes, furniture, paintings (need to be securely packaged to avoid breakage) fridge, washing machine, dishwasher (electrical appliance must be installed on the other side) moved.
