Morning, I bought the stand and I want to develop a plan for Rooms 50mx20m In Ga-rankuwa, Zone 7 Bought from a Chief not Manucipality It's 2 adjacent stands 1. 20m x 20m 2. 30m x 20m It will be one big yard. In the first stand, it will be bachelor sets, 2 floors 5 bottom, 5 upper floor. In the 2nd stand I want to fit 5x 1 bedroom apartments. *Bachelor Setup:* Open plan, with shower and toilet inside per set. *1 Bedroom Setup:* Open plan with 1x bedroom, shower and toilet. Both will be fitted with Stove and a kitchenette
. The Boundary Wall at said Unit was Accidentally Bumped by a Vehicle and the wall was damaged to such an extent that it crack through on both sides for +- 15.6m2 and dislodged from the pillars. The wall will need to be broken down and Rebuild form the foundation. (See attached Photos) Wall Will Need to be Waterproofed / Prepared for painting and then re painted.

Also require demolition of part of the firewall in order to connect garage to main house. A few other electrical and plumbing requirements within the house Garage is phase 1. It's in phases. First phase 1. Faster board replacement 2. Gutter replacement where needed 3.beams to be replaced around the house 4. Removal of old outdoor shower 5. Window replacement 6. Painting the outside of the house and retainer walls. 7. Enclosing entertainment area but no plans submitted yet .
Request to quote for the following: Strong foundation, purchase mixed concrete from a mobile mixer Wall, door and window frames Plumbing, electrical installation. I will compare options where a builder brings his own material or provides me with bill of quantities and I purchase the material. Builder must furnish proof of registration for professional bodies
