I have a building i am managing in polokwane with multiple rooms, i'm looking to re-wire each with its own sub meter so that each tenant can pay for the power in the area they use. Additionally, there is a solar system installed that i would like to have looked and and ensure it is compliant with the local regulations. I am currently living overseas and this makes the situation more difficulty.

Moving into a new house in Kirstenhof - as part of renovations I would like to install some ethernet cabling (at least CAT 6a) to various points in the house via a central switch. Open to suggestions in terms of how many are needed where (below may be overkill), but would like the following: Downstairs living room - 3 or 4 points (TV, soundbar, console etc) Kitchen - 1 or 2 points Downstairs bedroom 1 - 1 point Downstairs bedroom 2 - 1 point Upstairs Bedroom - 2 points Upstairs Study - 2 points As well as the above I would like some roof-mounted access points (PoE?) or end points for them - 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, 1 entertainment area, 1 in Garage (to be converted to granny flat) Additionally some external points (PoE?) for security cameras (yet to be installed) around the property - 4 - 6 max

Hello...... - The RCCB circuit breaker on the Main switch box won't turn on with or with out any load . - When you turn the RCCB SWITCH On, it falls immediately as soon as you let the switch go with only the house lights as the only load on the switch. - When all the switches are turned off on the Main switch and nothing is plugged in (no load), the RCCB Switch trips/turns off on its own within 15 minutes. - This problem started 2 weeks ago after heavy rain fall.
