I would like the fence to be meters on two sides and meters on two sides. I would also like to have 4 meters rolling gate at one corner. The size of thenew carport is (W)6m x13m (join to the hoise) with gutter.and downpipes. Need to replace gutters and downpipe with an exiting carport next to the new. The carport roof will be one clear sheet and one solid sheet next to each other to thw size of 6m x13m. Additional pcsof clear sheet with no gutter and downpipe to join these two carport in the moddle , estimate size 2.5m x 3m

Measurements are as follows: 2 sides are 4.2 meters in width, 2 sides 5.4 meters in width. The height for all four sides above is 2.9 meters. General maintenance and repairs - please price separately per item listed below 1. Bedroom cupboard shelves need realignment or replaced where damaged 2. Bedroom cupboard doors need to be aligned or re-adjusted 3. Kitchen door hinges and/or door lock needs adjustment to close properly. 4. Washing lines need to be replaced (use nylon, not rope) 5. Small oil drips on the driveway need to be cleaned 6. Top kitchen corner cupboard has mould inside and the backboard needs to be cleaned or replaced 7. Inside doors needs to be fixed ( door handles and fixes loose door panelling and repaint) 8. Remove stains inside toilet bowl 9. Repaint lounge/dining room area with white paint (standard room size) 10. Check if fireplace is blocked and the cowl on the roof moves freely 11. Kitchen cupboard doors - check if hinges need adjustment and tighten loose knobs or replace missing knobs 12; Laminate flooring edging that is damaged needs to be replaced 13. Laminate flooring that can be joined back where it is moving apart without lifting the entire floor
Need carport structure to be erected against a wall in my backyard. Material (ie ....sheeting, steel purlins, steel flashing and round steel poles) is onsite. Require steel lipped channel purlins to be welded to round poles. Area being covered is 6.25 x 3.46m. Structure need to slant from right to left as per attachment (side view).
