how much would it cost me to build a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms (1 en suit) a Kitchen , lounge and a dining area ( lounge and dining area not too big ( a lounge that can fit a set of a lounge suit, a dining that can fit a table and 4 chairs), single garage that walks in straight to the house, the yard will mainly depend on the how much space the house will take
1. Build a wall in the back yard from cement blocks 6m x 2m. 2. Fill the gravel place with concrete in the back yard near the wall above. 3. Break down room wall 1 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 4. Break down room wall 2 with measurements 0.6m x 3m. 5. Replace ceiling in a small area. 6. Add polystyrene cornices to all areas of the house. 7. I need to modernize the house. It is currently a 3 bedroom house. Would like to convert the front bedroom into a dining room, break down about 2walls to have a much more open spaced(lounge,dining room and kitchen) Also need 1 more bedroom to be build and the entire bathroom to be converted in something spectacular. also needs garage and boundary walls to be replaced. all windows will be replaced by aluminum windows together with front door.
I have a tiled deck which has developed small cracks. It was built 25 years ago using a tourched on system with a slip sheet and tiled with non glazed vitreous tiles over. What I would like is to leave the tiles in place and waterproof with a Derbigum system and then place artificial grass over the entire deck of 60 M 2 Many thanks, Ronald Rosenberg.
I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.
Separation of my sewerage pipe from the neighbors' sewerage pipe as I always have drain blockage whilst I'm not suppose to because I'm mostly not around and things that comes out from the drain she agrees that are from her side, she's got more than 15 foreign tenants I have none but I'm the one suffering
Toilet-My two toilet are forever dripping water and as such waste a lot of water...Bathtub-The hot water pressure on my bath tub is too small and takes forever...Sink-My two sinks stoppers when pressed down to stop water from escaping the sink could not come back to their original position.Water stays long in my sinks and takes forever to go out. Hello, we currently have a 3 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom, a lounge + kitchen. I would like to extend into a double story house, with a total of 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms with the (2 bathrooms being ensuite), double garage, a kitchen, a dining area, a lounge, Pajama Lounge.
