I have a sqm plot and I have sqm to work with in floor size at the back of the plot/yard and we are planning on doing a project for my mother. Double story, two units - one upstairs and one downstairs. 2 bedroom spaces with kitchen, wash up area and bathroom. These two apartments are going to be in the same property but will be separate entities. We are even looking for separate entrances and stairs for the two apartments.
