What you have to do to get the permit and where to start.
Good day, we have a current house that we would like to extend/renovate and also add a little cottage to the property. We have something in mind but would like to get a professional opinion as to whether it is possible or a better design plan of what would be possible as well as keeping cost to a minimum taking the area onto consideration.
