I am looking to repair and replace a balcony roof, which is made of an overhead wooden structure with corrugated plastic sheeting. I would like to repair the wood structure and the plastic sheeting where possible and replace where necessary. It is about 15 sqm of surface area. Thanks and regards,
I would like to request a quote for a simple garden layout, mostly planting of lawn/grass and installation of irrigation. Regarding irrigation in particular, I would like to have water tanks installed for gathering rain water to be used when the tanks have water, otherwise a switch system of sorts to use municipality water when tank water is not available, including an automated/timing system for watering the garden. I'm not sure if that is something you do, or if it is something I would have to do beforehand. Nevertheless, I would still like to get an idea of what the installation of irrigation and planting of grass would cost at my home. The garden is in a sorry state and I think this is the right direction to go. Would it be possible for someone to come and look and provide me with a quote or rough estimate, that such a project would cost me? I would prefer email communication as per regarding of the meeting.

Hello, we currently have a 3 bedroom house with 1 full bathroom, a lounge + kitchen. I need to have 7x 10.6m zinc alums sheets and 2x 10.6m cleat polycarb sheets replaced . I also have a fireplace in the middle of the roof and need that sealed with sidewall flashing and soaker sheet waterproofing. All rubble to be removed. Sheets to remain on the property. Good day The patio and entrance need to be completed, the staircase need attention and frame need to be installed and clading to be done. Fire place need to be finish with litels, bathroom need new plumbing and to be retailed after plumbing is repaired. Kitchen tiles on wall. Hall way to be tiled. House need to be painted inside outside roof and window frames. Driveway need to be change and carport need to be moved to next to house and not in front.
