Its a double story house . The kitchen and dinning room are small will love to extend them and add other bedrooms upstairs as well. Its too dark in the house during the day we even have to switch on lights during the day it seem like its lacking sunlight not sure if that can be fixed.

Need new floor throughout - would like laminate - new kitchen -new kitchen cabinets, new back splash, appliances- new bathroom - take out bath, put in one nice shower, new toilet, sink, tiles - flat needs plastering touch ups, whole flat needs paint.
