How much will an interior designer cost me?

We have a 3 bedroom house. My wife has some ideas of rearranging (or should I say remodelling like changing locations of the kitchen and garage and bedrooms within the house) the house and also adding an additional bedroom. I am hoping to set up a meeting/consultation where the architect could give us some suggestions regarding what could work.
Need to close up 2 balconies, 1 large, 1 small, extend the small one to add en suite bathroom. Extend large patio and close up with stacking doors. Also close up small patio. Add bay window above front door (existing slab). I am still in the planning stage and trying to get quotes so please email or Whatsapp. Plans have only just been submitted to Council so it will be a while before final approval.
I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote. House is a double story in a country cottage style, currently in an L-shape. We would like to extend the kitchen on the ground floor and the main bedroom above it. An en-suite bathroom should be added at the end of the main bedroom. A scullery and servants quarters should be added with a lean-to roof, with the possibility of a workshop/storage room as a separate building, depending on cost.

Build in three sections. Main Home, section 1; office and guest room, section 2; and Granny Flat, section 3. Want to build Main Home (section 1) now with rest later as funds become available. I am Looking to build 2 Tiny units of about 75m2 each attached together in a U Shape with a small dipping pool in the opening of the U. Open plan kitchen, one standard bedroom, 1 open loft bedroom and 1 bathroom for each unit . I would prefer that it be someone familiar with building regulations of Santareme.
Damp wall, our insurance is not responding... we have to do this ourselves. Can you please send someone asap. Water is leaking through the walls. Standard send people out to fix it. First the shower in the bathroom, then they fixed the leak, then in the kitchen. But water is still leaking through the wall. We called on our insurance with standard bank, but no response. We will do it ourselves because that wall is about to burst. We also need an professional to let us know what to do. The reason why we looking at an engineer is because of structural damage. Weather the is structural or not.
