We would like to build entrance stairs at the gate of our yard, possibly we might need to adjust the palisade gate entrance both for people and car entrance. This is a creche and play ground fenced by palisade but the entry gate seem to have illegal electric wires passing through which then could be a danger for everyone entering the premises especially children. The stairs will enable children to enter safely wires can go underneath the stairs or may be if we go to inspect we can find other alternative means .
