We're purchasing a home in Westdene and a general home inspection revealed some defects in the roof. We'd like a specialist to inspect and advise on the extent of the defect (how critical it is), give options on fixes and estimate the cost of fixing it. This is quite urgent (we need this done by Wednesday next week).

I have some tiles missing. Had a waterproof company come . They spoke about replacing the underlay and battens. No leaks as yet.

The roof is designed in such a way that it is changing the structure of the lounge. It seems too heavy etc
