I want to add a flat on top of the house. It is my grandmother's house and I would like to add a flat on top for myself.
I want to break the wall on the garage to create a door way, break another wall to increase window size, plaster arround the broken walls, install the sliding door on single garage door, install blumbing for new sink.
We want to add 3 rooms at the back yard with one bathroom then add another room on the side with a garage
I need my pool to be redone, as it is old and needs a makeover.
Renovate small granny flat. Close up 1 door way, open 2 new doorways and fit doors, replace ceiling, some plastering and tiling, new bathroom and kitchen.
Not sure of window amount, depends on cost but we need windows and doors replaced
