Good day. Hope you well. On the 18th of July someone at our house accedntly left the gate slightly open and there was a 19year old boy that can't talk walking with a dog and the dog tormented our dog and she ran out and fought with the dog. I tryed everything in my power to let the dogs loose. The boy the put his hand in one of the dogs mouths and in the interim he got bitten on his left hand. I then took the child immediately to the doctor after his father refused to take him straight to the hospital. I paid the medical bill. The doctor send them to the hospital and couldn't take them because I didn't have transport. I did call the father constantly to check up on them and told them to let me know if there's anything they need. After that day it has been quiet until the 10th of September I was arrested and I had to pay a R bail.
I need to travel overseas for a new job opportunity. All my personal documents -ID, Drivers Licence and Passport were stolen last year and need to be renewed before I can travel. There is outstanding cases against me. I am now in a situation where I can and want to resolve this . How do I go about it?
My fiancee was arrested and detained for possible possession,but she is innocent as the drugs found in her possession was a drug dealer who gave it to my wife when we stopped close to him to make a U-turn to go to MacDonald drive thru. A police officer was right behind us and searched our possession and vehicle and discovered the drug and pipe in my fiancee s person.

The case has started from last year November and today was the 1st day of trial and also tomorrow. Only to find out that my lawyer didn’t pitch and his excuse was that he doesn’t have money for transportation. He never consulted with me from our last day in court till this early our of today at 05:27 telling me he doesn’t have petrol. My ex, misrepresentation on my name for her fees, a case has been opened in Vanderbijlpark, but I stay in Olievenhoutbos Centurion, so now the lawyers are threathing me with a Judgement, and now they refused my intention to defend saying it's defective. She has done an Affidavit saying she did lie to me to make me sign the document
i am divorced and my son stays with his mother in rustenburg, i am in gauteng. she leaves my son with the x bf to go and visit and sleep over at the new bf. she still lives in the x bf house until there problems are solved. my son is 8 years old, this passing wekend was her wekend with my son and she left him at a friends house over the wekend. i want my son to come and stay with me as it is a more secure, loving and stable enviroment for him, as i dont think this is good for my son what he needs to go thru becausebl of his mothers doings amd he dont deserve it as he had to go thru this at 3 years old when his mother did the same and the situation will not change when he lives there and history will repeat itself over and over again. she stays his mother and i believe that a child needs both parents. he can visit every sekenf wekend and we can share holidays, but i believe it is in the best interest of my son to come and live with me.
