I am a 66 year old female pensioner, and my neighbour filed a complaint of common assault against me. Dear Lawyer, regarding the maintenance case, I have concerns about the DNA test process. The mother works at a different DNA lab (Pretoria/Cape Town) and wasn't present during the test. The aunt's behaviour was disruptive, and I'm concerned about potential interference given the mother's lab access. I'd like to request a redo of the DNA test for validity. The R monthly maintenance is too high; can we discuss adjustments? I'd also like the child enrolled in a government school.
