House does not have wiring
Heard a crack sound from DB Box. All breakers still on , lights and plugs still fine but Electric water heater not working. Suspect faulty circuit breaker or loose wire. Kwikot L water heater still new , recently replaced.
One circuit dead.

Installing electricity from scratch in a 4 roomed house with a toilet/bathroom/shower (fifth room). 1. Removal of DB from outside of the house 2. The DB will be in a garage. 3. The lounge will have 2 plug points (double) and 1 double switch. 4. The kitchen will have 3 plug points (double) and 1 double switch. 5. The main bedroom will have 2 plug points (double) and 1 single switch. 6. The second bedroom will have 1 plug (double) point and 1 single switch.
Switch in DB is tripping and won’t go up. It’s at the pool pump and irrigation
