Flat roof is leaking & too flat. I need urgent repairs or replacement work on the roof. I need the roof to be lifted a bit higher to get high ceilings & to create space between ceilings & roof.
House by the sea flat concrete roof at the moment but would like to fit a roof with a slope because of leaks.so would need to fit wood trusses etc.

IRB ,type arrangement, old property, roof slope is insufficient, contribute to the internal leakage.I need advice for either replace roof and modify the slope to allow better water drainage. Remove plastic roof sheets Replace with sink roof sheets either 3m or 3.6 m in length I will buy the material and that will include the sink sheets as well as: 2 x 5 Ltr Cemiflex, 2 x Rolss of mm x 10m membrane, 1 Bag of Portland cement, I therefore require a quote for labour to do this job Thanks
