A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.

I had an approved plan for a single dwelling with a granny flat. I want an alteration to my plan to become separate dual dwelling. I need a new plan for submission to the municipality for another electric box for the flat. Can it be done asap. Regards
