Hi I submitted my FY tax return last year and was subsequently selected for an audit regarding the rental income/loss declared. I provided the requested supporting documentation, which was reviewed; however, I lodged an objection as I believe the review was not comprehensive. I have now received further correspondence from SARS requesting additional clarification. Some of the information requested appears to have been included in my initial submission. They are also requesting bank statements reflecting rental income received, as well as proof of maintenance expenses. I would appreciate assistance with: - Interpreting the latest SARS correspondence, - Reviewing my previous submission to assess whether it was adequate, and - Preparing and organising any additional supporting documentation required. The water in the kitchen sink comes out in the bathtub. It happened 3x this week, I've been wondering what was causing it to be like that as well but No one can leave the tub like that, that's a bit too much. Its the water in the kitchen, it goes out in the bathroom then leaves it like that. We also need to provide a body corporate a certificate once the plumbing in the flat has been checked and fixed
My brother in law accused my mum of slapping him (she is 66 years old) This is untrue as he instigated and orchestrated the whole thing on new years eve. He assaulted my sister, and my mother, he literally puncked my mother on the side of her head, she fell to the floor. My sister has a case pending against him for domestic violence. He was advised by his lawyers that since my sister did not withdraw the charges, he should lay a counter charge, he chose to do this against my mother. He is going all out hoping that if my sister drops the case, he will drop the case.

I've got married with South African national on 3rd March in Hermanus South Africa. We started a divorce procedure one year later in The Netherlands (April ) were we both live and work and our daughter goes to school here. My soon to be ex-wife will be traveling next week to South Africa and I'm afraid she will try to intiate a second divorce procedure in South Africa. I cannot afford the maintenence this woman is demanding, she wants half of my salary after paying debts I won't be able to pay rent, eat or get to work. She demands that she gets back pay for amounts that never ever had a court order attached to it. She refuses to look for cheaper options with regards to school. She doesn't include me with anything regarding the children, and it's difficult to even see my children as she won't answer the phone when I want to make arrangements.

my husband and I have been living separate from 3 full years now. he stays with our 3 boys I stay with my daughter. he does not want the boys to stay with me. I'm currently renting and he moved in to his mom's house. he took the car and the salon business furniture and land in Pretoria and I took the house furniture. he is currently unemployed and have been for 5 years now and with all my efforts to get him work he refused as he only wants office work.
So my husband inherited a 50% share of a property . We have not lived there in 4years and before we moved out we paid then rent to the value of for the time we stayed there before renting else where and paid the utilities up. Husband and his brother have joint share and the brother agreed to sell his share to husband . But when the bond was pre approved and husband took the otp to them they have now refused and are not in a position to buy him out. He has already sent them a letter of demand and they have to responded to it. We would like to get this behind us so we can move forward. Utilities are in arrears and water is currently off.
