I would like to enlarge the living room area and tear down a couple of walls as well as build new ones. Bathrooms would be halfed in order to make space for a larger walk in closet and a guest toilet. Kitchen island removed and a new one installed yet direction of the island would have to be modified. . New tiles in both kitchen and bathrooms…..Possibly some roof work needs to be done.
A water leak is coming from the first-floor bathroom. It has been leaking consistently for the past 6 months and we need to find out what the source is. I need a hot and cold water tap installed against the outside scullery wall. The hot and cold water piping are located against the wall within a metre at this location. The existing single concrete washing trough must be bolted to the wall. The waste pipe can be lead into the drain which is also situated within a metre distance. We are situated between the shop Blue Bottle, and Kampersrus (if you know the area, this is the best estimation I can give, but will send a pin drop if I accept a quote). I need a quote to maintain our yard's lawn. It is a sloping yard with one tree, but the tree does not need maintenance, it grows fairly slowly. It does have massive seeds that it drops off, but that is not a difficult thing to pick up. I basically need the lawn to be cut every 2 weeks, and the weeds pulled. There are no flower beds to maintain, it is just the lawn and weeds.

It will be a 2 part build over different periods. 1st part will be the house, 3 bedroom ( all with on-suite bathrooms), open plan kitchen lounge and dining room, scullery/laundry room. 2nd part will be the Garage, this will be a 3 door, but with a large amount of space inside as I will be working on my private projects so this does need space. It will also include a bathroom and small kitchen area.
