There is a water leak in my shower. I've called out guys who specialize in water leak detection and they've determined that some of the grouting between the wall tiles in the shower is the cause of the leak. The job is to remove some of the wall tile grouting where required and to re-grout with a proper water-proof grout with matching color of the existing grout. (refer attached picture, the green color is an example of where the grout needs to be replaced)
Interior walls, ceiling, doors, doorframe. Full house. White paint. Excluding bathrooms. One section of lounge has notty pine ceiling which will not require painting. Please note that the water damaged wall will be replastered. Need work done asap for incoming tenant. Message for more pics.

1. Rear garage padestrian door has a hole in it from a cat flap being there before. I need to know if it can be repaired or if the entire door has to be replaced. If repaired, then the door would need to be repainted. 2. A drainage hole to be made in the exterior boundary wall. 3. Damp treatment and painting of two room walls. This is a tenanted property, so I am not physically present to check the repairs needed to be quoted on. Someone would need to go to the premises to see the extent of the work needed to be done.
I would like an Existing Bathroom to be renovated, with a Shower and a Bathtub , also a new toilet installation done and sink ,also must break the wall inside the bathroom for shower entrance. Good day. We are moving out of a shop and we need to hand back the premises as a "white box". Walls and doors needs to be repaired and painted white. It's +- 90m2 room and I'm guessing the ceiling is about 2.4m to 2.7m high. One side(entry side) of the room is basically windows and doors only which does not have to be painted except for the little bit of exposed wall. We need this done end of April, Ideally between 28 and 30 April.
Good day We seem to have developed a leak in our shower. Our downstairs neighbours have complained. There was also a blockage in the drain which did not help as it caused water to stand in the shower. The company that assessed this said that the grouting needed to be redone in the shower. Please could you advise about regrouting a shower about 1x2m. Thank you
1) We had a geyser replaced a in our roof few years ago. With a recent conversion to a solar geyser the company that did the work pointed out the the replacement geyser had not been placed on a proper support platform. One side of the geyser is resting on a wooden support, while the other side is on the drip tray. We need a proper support platform for the geyser (as per insurance plumbers that replaced an outside room geyser the main house geyser will need to be drained and then proper support platform installed. 2) The air vent form our second toilet inside is releasing a really bad smell (possible seal has gone). The external outlet pipe for the same toilet is also leaking at the join. Temporarily sealed with prattley putty. 3) Plumbing in sealing rattling when cold water tap turned on and what seems to be excessive overflow. Company that installed a solar geyser recently, replaced the pressure valve which they said was the issue. However plumbing still making noise and overflow still occurring.

Almost every week the municipal sewage 'mainhole' blocks in our zone. The unfortunate part is that the blockage comes out in several yards, but my yard is worse, there will be more sewage water spillage from the drain and the toilet pipes compared to other houses. I have a feeling that there is something faulty with the pipes in my yard, because every time when they unblock, they'll go to mainhole, not in my yard. I want professional plumbers who can come over here and check what could be the problem.
