What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
I own the plot between the Clay Oven and Whispering Palms, 36 Hely Hutchison. The plot is empty apart from 2 outbuildings where a security officer lives. I require a service to keep the property from running wild, entailing a cut of the vegetation and general tidy up about once every three months. Quotations invited please .
I have an old wooden floor in a room upstairs, for some years it was carpeted and we left it alone because no one was living upstairs. My daughter has now moved into the upstairs room and we need to get the wooden flooring fixed or replaced as it is making quite a noise. The dimensions of the room is roundabout 8x6.

Please can you provide quote for Wooden Laminated Flooring. Underfloor is provided already. The flooring is clip on and does not need glue. Also provide quote for 1 level of screed to cover heated under floor. Include material/cement. Use the attached strength. 54 sqm area needs flooring. 19 running meters for skating.
I am not completely sure about the square meters of the property, I am open to having someone come out to measure properly in order to give the most accurate quote. Hi We have some old Astro that is in storage that we would like to install in our school gym facility. The floor space is roughly 6m wide and 25m in length. We have an old carpet there currently that would need to be ripped out and replaced with the turf. We possibly would require a general cleaning of the turf if it is something you are able to provide. 1 Standard Double Sectional Automated lift door with draughtproofing. The existing Double is of the 40 raised panel type single up and over and will remain in place until all new brickwork is completed 3 mtrs forward of existing door and new door to be fitted before removal of the old door. This is for security reasons. This installation/removal is subject to planning approval and completion of new brickwork and roofing not earlier than September/October time.
40 years ago we built a new office block but using wooden bay windows from an old Parktown mining magnate's house which was being demolished. At the time we restored the wood and repaired all the lead glass windows, however, over the years, the treatment we have been using has obviously not been any good and they are now in desperate need of repair or replacement. Please call me to discuss the problem and give us idea on the practicality of repairing or replacing these windows and possible costs. This involves a bay window frame, 8 windows and 8 fanlights.
