Just got my new vinyl flooring installed and I’m stoked. The crew was super professional and friendly, kept me updated at every step, and the price felt totally reasonable for the quality. customer service? above and beyond! Definately good value for the money.

Even though we didn't take advantage of Duncan's services, we were impressed by their professionalism. They supplied flooring samples and delivered the invoice promptly, which helped us make our decision. Overall, Ian was friendly and approachable.

Very professional, helpful and on time to access the area.

Hi Amelia. Thank you for the rating! I am chasing Finfloor for their container delivery updates but as with all imports, the delivery is slow and is very dependent on the port and customs. It looks possible that we will have material next week and will be able to install. Regards Ian
