I want to replace the corrugated sheet with the new metal tile look a like.
My roof is largely slab and IBR. It is therefore a combination of IBR and concrete slab. One side of the house has what is called Parapet roof. About a year ago I paid a contractor to re-waterproof the the whole roof. They applied the burn-on layer on the concrete slab and they used the membrane and resin on the rest. Unfortunately it is still leaking and I am unable to get them back to repair it. They promise to come but they never do. it has been those promises for quite a long time now. I am now trying to get another service provider to deal with as I am worried that the spring and summer rains are just weeks, if not days away.
New flatroof over home extension approx 50 sq meters..need quote on structural timber, ibr sheets, insulation and metal flashings.
