Prepare the surface, install a new torch-on waterproofing membrane, and apply a protective silver oxide coating to the completed waterproofing system. Old waterproofing was installed 5-6 years ago and has failed.
We signed a document under the false impression (estate agent misinformation at a time of stress) which we thought was a credit, but was a loan of R, when we moved into our Retirement Village. They now say we owe well over a Million rands. We were under the impression that a loan could only charge % interest and was fixed. We accept that we signed, but our (fired) previous lawyer told us they cannot charge as they did. HELP!!!!

The items that need to be moved is 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa, 1 fridge, 1 dismantlable desk, 1 computer box, 2 monitors, 1 office chair and 2 dining room chairs. I will need to move by this Friday, the 31st of July.

Secondly to paint 1 wall in interior bedroom approximate 6m2. Remove peeling paint, apply damp proof undercoat and finally two top coats of dulux flowersack paint. All paint will be supplied by owner.
I want to be helped Webuycars sold me a defective car the day I collected it from them I got stuck on the way until I phoned the tow truck as it was already dark in the middle of Johannesburg so I contacted them tjo following day but I did not get one the car was at the car service that service had to do the repairs and I ve been going to cars even in person I’m staying in the Freestate I had to book for accommodation this took so long to the extend that I had to pay out of my pocket hoping to be refunded by Webuycars car they wanted the job card they wanted kilometers of the car they also wanted the proof of payment which I gave instead they referred me to ombudsman who could not help me today the come up with different sorties they played delaying tactics for 6 months to expire so I need your help as I lost close to 50k on this
