When the depth of mm cannot be achieved due to shallow rocks, a 12mm hole needs to be drilled into the rocks at a minimum depth of mm, where after a 12mm rebar section needs to be hammered to the bottom of the hole and the Y-standard be welded to that rebar section. The protruding Y-standard then needs to be cut at the 2,5m fence height. All Y-standards to be painted with black Zinc Phosphate Epoxy Primer. Fence Top sect: x mm long 3 x 40mm Flat bar welded to the Y- standards at a 30-degree angle. 6 x 6mm Holes drilled mm apart. Top sections to be painted with black Zinc Phosphate Epoxy Primer. Barbed strands: 6 x (14-14 Barbed Wire; Core line wire 14SWG & Barb wire 14SWF; 2,03mm) Galvanized over the length of 2 m; Tie wire to attach barbed wire to the Top Fence Section will be 1,5mm High Tensile Tie Wire in the figure 8 knot tie. Line wires: 4 strands of 2mm High Tensile Wire, spaced mm apart over the length of the fence (2 m), tied to the Y- standards with 1,5mm Tie Wire (all wire to be galvanized) Razor wire mesh: 2,4m High across the length of the Fence (2 m). Panels are commonly sold in 2,4m high x 6m long rolls. Razor Wire Mesh to be tied to the Line Wires via 1,5mm Tie Wire every 1m apart.
