Is it possible to come out and give us quote for our garden gates with electronic buzzer? I Will send you pictures as example. I have two gates there already but I think the sizing and lock is incorrect so I would rather like to just get new gates. Only I'm not available this week. There is a vehicle gate included in the palisade fence - about 5 metres long. There is also a small pedestrian gate. as part of the palisade fence. Energiser & Electricity will need to come from the garage, about 5 metres from the palisade fence.

We would like the gate to allow for a standard car to drive through, so roughly 3 metres or more wide, and roughly 2 metres high so that people can't jump over, as we are trying to implement this gate into a courtyard community in Langa, and we are installing an urban farm in the courtyard (however it is currently open to anyone walking past, but we are worried about theft so we thus want to install the gate). There is a leak in the roof. I've gone to do an inspection but it's not clear where its coming from. I suspect it's from the opening for the electrical work. I will attach. High-security type. I would like to have an indication of the total price and the specifications that the price is based on. Pricing must make provision for two double entrance gates (for passing of trucks/tractors) and two pedestrian gates. Please note will not be taken as a final quote as it is only for me to see how much funding I should request. A final quote will only be accepted after a site visit. Please advise if there is anything that I might not know of and have to consider in my specifications.
There are three different structures on the same property - the main house, a garage and a flat. Off the top of y head, I would guess the total square meters to be over sqm. The main house is a mixture of tile and asbestos and the garage and flat are other compounds, not too sure what. I need someone to come through to the house and advise on the condition of the roof, how long it'll last still and I also need a quote on what a new roof installation would cost.

Shoprite Nelspruit Cash and Carry had damages on their roof with the huge storm. We need a quotation to repair the roof as it is leaking severely now when it rains.
