We have some garages with small pinhole pricks that need touching up. I bought a house in Bardene Boksburg , the current owner said he put a tiled roof over the old patio with tiles but its not , Need aquote to cover the whole upstairs patio with strutse and tiles , please can you assist ? The Dining room ceiling has sporadic mold. The is soaked and warped due to prolonged exposure to rainwater. -The Lounge ceiling is randomly soaked and warped due to rainwater. Roof On inspecting the client property we found damage to the client's roof covering. We however found no storm damage to the client's roof. We found a nutec facia board blown off as well as 1 roof tile cracked. Both these items looks like it has been this way over time.We found that the roof valleys were rusted and need replacing as well as the flashings around the chimney will have to be waterproofed. the concrete flat roof also lacked waterproofing and will have to be sealed to prevent future damage. General maintenance will have to be done to prevent future damage.
We need to do torch on as in flashing where the horizontal steel roof meets the verticle steel structure using 1metre wide torch on membrane.It has to be installed 40cm on the vertical side and bending it at 90degrees so that it covers 60cm horizontally. So it's 40cm verticle and 60cm horizontally without joining it horizontally where the verticle meets the horizontal, however the membrane might be joined vertically if need be.The distance is 50metres of flashing that needs to be done.( 50m by 1m ).the entire roof is fine . We just need to do flashing using torch on or any rubberising waterproofing that would give better results but NO liquid waterproofing. Kind tegards

Asbestos roof sheeting were damaged by neighbours massive overgrown tree when it fell on the roof. They used inferior quality material with asbestos fibres hanging from it. Gaps and cold wind comes into the house making the occupants including elderly freeze. Need removal and replacement with new sheetings.

Our apartment complex recently did apartment-wide dye testing and for our unit the company who did the dye testing reported a leak under the sliding door of the balcony. They then also provided a quote for the repairs and I was hoping to get some competing quotes as well. The sliding door is just a standard size and I estimate the balcony is about 4 by 5m is size.
