I need a 23m x 2.2m plastered boundary wall on Oak Ave,.out of SABS large cement blocks with the necessary brickforce. It requires a 4m gap for the gate .The only pillars will be on either side of the gate gap .The length of the actual construction is approximately 28m.There is an existing concrete base for a steel with a wrought iron fence . I will remove the fence.

We're looking at building a double garage, roughly 40sqm plus an additional parking, maybe length ways next to the left of the new garage, in front of an existing house.The problem is that there is granite underneath which will have to be excavated to road level and only then can the building commence.
