This four-step process should help you find the right architect for the job of drawing house plans.
(1) obtain/redraw existing plans as we do not have this for the house (2) design a boma area of about 8x6m (3) design extension of existing house 3,7x4,7m (4) design a way to cover up /extend the house's U-shape veranda. I just bought a new stand in Bloemfontein area and looking to build a sqm house with 4 beds, 4.5 baths and 2-3 garages. We are building 12 x 2-bedroom apartments over 2 floors. The land size is approximately 1, m2 in total. It is split into 3 equal portions of m2 each. The floor size is 1,m2 including patios and roof slabs. Plans have been submitted to the Brakpan municipality waiting approval. The zoning is Residential 3 and funding for the project is ready.
