We are selling our house and need to get a COC certificate, but the previous owners did a messy and elegal job of the wiring and falsified the COC certificate. It needs proper insulation in places e.g. the kitchen and cables running from house to little cottage accommodation in garden, tidying up in the loft, and an electric point running to the 3rd bedroom, and lastly...our ceiling fan needs fixing / new one reinstalled. I have blue print floor plans with plug points indicated of our property.
Hi, I built a tiny 26sqm home. Most of the electrical work is done, and only the earthing and circuit breaker still need to be installed. Also the underground plumbing is done, but the inside fittings (except for the toilet) needs to be done. I won’t be using a geyser, but rather want in instant heater. Can you kindly visit me to provide a quote to complete the work and furnish an electrical and plumbing certificate. Kind Regards Elsa

We are selling our house and moving to George in April this year. It is an old Cape Dutch farm house and we need a full rewiring of our current electrics which has been done by the previous 2 owners without a legal COC. As far as we are aware, it is not registered as a heritage house. It is an old wiring system with some new cables that still needs to be put in to conduit. We have a solar system (which needs removing or updating), a heat pump, an alarm system and electrics running underground to our workshop (1 light switch), small cabin in garden (4 light switches) and a pool with pool pump. It is a teard level landscaping with rock borders, ponds, a bridge, concrete stairs and cement everywhere so not an easy pathway for the electrics to the outside buildings and pool.
