Good day, we have been divorced for 3years and it was necessary to ammend the visitation program of our 3 children. We already went to private mediator and have an interim agreement w.r.t. schedule. Our children were also assessed via child participation proces. All that is left is the Parenting Plan. I please need a quote to draw up the parenting plan and make it a court order in the end.
I'm in dispute with my ex employer, we had a disciplinary enquiry, the appeal was also unsuccessful, so now I'm requesting my UIF documents, Service Certificate, Annual Leave Days, Last days I worked in the 9company, they send me the disciplinary outcome document that they already sent with a Service Certificate with a date indicated there as the day of the hearing I'm arguing with them that it's impossible that they can say the last day is the day of the enquiry when I even appealed the case.
