Good morning I live in London, UK and own a house in Petrel Close in Camps Bay which is operated as a guest Villa by Nox rentals. I have obtained planning consent for the demolition of an existing garage and the construction of a new garage at street level and refurbishment and conversion of an existing garage into a fully-equipped gym with an external access passageway as shown in the attached plans. The existing architect who obtained the permissions has had a career change and is unable to assist with construction and completion of the building works. I am therefore looking to identify an architect to assist in preparing for the construction, appointing a QS and identifying contractors to tender for the works.
