Yes ,i need to be assisted for an agreement or contract document of handing over a vehicle to someone as a gift whilst its still owned by the bank under my name but want this person to continue with the installment until he has finished paying it that's when we can do the change of ownership after that with the person in a contract form. Good afternoon We are urgently looking for someone that would be able to come help us once a week with maintenance work in our factory. We have a biltong factory, so it would be very helpfull if the person is familiar with blades and machinery connected to making biltong and drywors as part of the help would include taking the machines apart for cleaning and putting it back together.
We are married in community of property. There are 2 kids involved, 1 before marriage and 1 after marriage, I also have a teenage son that is not biologically his. Husband has been domestically violent, verbally abusive most times (bad moods) and has not been very financially assisting (in and out of work). We were renting an apartment for almost 6 years but he has never paid rent at all. Most he contributed monthly was approximately R average. I am a government worker but only permanent for about 2 years. I know he is rightfully entitled to 50% of my pension, which I dont mind giving but I just need to get divorced asap. This marriage has been emotionally draining and damaging.

Good day I am emailing on behalf of my mother. She has accidentally scratched a ladies car at her church; it was a very minor scratch and as it was a new car the lady took slight and have engaged the insurance to go after her to pay all costs. She has no insurance and does not work. They have told her the excess is one amount and she would need to repay that plus extra costs. The amount is very high... she is turning 75 and they've basically come up with a payment plan for the next 4 years... they have also instructed her not to forward the emails etc to a third party as its between them which I explained isn't legal as she has a right to legal advice. At this stage we want to know what her legal rights are and how much you charge for a consult to get advice on the options and if a letter is needed outlining this how much that would cost? I would like to build over a double garage and over-cottage extension. I require 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a sitting room, and a kitchen. May need an external staircase for ingress.
