We are looking for assistance in recruiting a strong Sales/Admin & Operations Assistant for our gym. The position is full time and based at a busy gym. This is not just a basic reception position. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective member enquiries, selling gym memberships, assisting with member service, basic admin, payment follow-ups, membership profile checks and ensuring that front desk operations run professionally. The role will also include operational duties linked to the convenience store onsite, such as receiving stock, checking stock deliveries, assisting with regular stock takes, monitoring stock accuracy and helping to ensure that the store is kept neat and well managed. In addition, the candidate will be expected to help oversee cleanliness standards in the gym. This includes checking that the facility, bathrooms, equipment areas, and general member spaces are kept clean, presentable and in line with the gym’s standards. They do not need to be the cleaner, but they must be willing to take responsibility for noticing issues, reporting them and following up to ensure they are resolved. We are looking for staff with experience in any of the following: sales, customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, stock control, promotions, or a similar people facing role. or fitness industry experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. The most important qualities are confidence, reliability, strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to follow systems and work under pressure. The ideal candidate should be: Well spoken and confident with people Sales driven and comfortable with targets Reliable with excellent timekeeping Neat, presentable and professional Strong with admin and basic computer work Able to assist with stock takes and receiving stock Attentive to cleanliness, presentation and facility standards Able to handle member queries and complaints calmly Willing to learn and follow company procedures Emotionally mature and able to take correction Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays We specifically need someone who can add value to the business, not just fill a chair. The role requires someone who can help convert leads, retain members, maintain accurate admin, assist with operational control and represent the gym professionally. She claims I abused her, left her penniless and homeless, even changed her father's will to make my affidavit look rediculous. It's a sure win for a tenacious determined straight walking lawyer, will also need forensic auditing, be warned, they will approach you and no idea what they offer which got both my attorneys to work in their favor.
My exhusband has defaulted on the court order served Sept with regards to maintenance. His current arrears is roughly R.00. He also defaulted with the court order with regards to school fees, medical aid, life insurance. To date I have battled with Palm Ridge court to assist in assisting me with the arrears. Our children are also qualify for British Passports however he needs to apply for his first so our children can apply as dependents.
