I have never received any communication from the body cooperates or managing body. I tried to buy electricity only to find out R was adding on the meter box, when a call the ideal meter they couldn't tell what it was for they said I must ask the BC, have tried numerous times with no help. Is this legal as now I can't buy electricity without stretching my budget only to be given a token of 10units. I have already sent a complaint to CSOS. I can't even pay the levies as I am busy with an amount I have no idea where it comes from. One of the trustee is a bully who thinks he is better than everyone and he definitely did this deliberately as we don't see eye to eye. No proper channels were taken. How can I be able to manage this situation? Thank you
Our bond account was flawed from the beginning. My wife and I based here, in Johannesburg and our, who is part of this contract is based in KZN. The Firm of Attorneys who is handling the legal part, on behalf of the Standard Bank is based in Pretoria. Our home has already been attached and it now up for auction.
I sold a piece of land for R through an agent in Vila Lisa, Ekurhuleni and immediately, the agent requested that I lend her the money to pay off school fees for her daughter which I did (This was on 20 January under the guise that the money will be paid back in two weeks from the date of landing the money) and paid directly into the schools account the sum of R rands. The remainder is still with the agent which am told I am not going to get it due to the property has not yet been approved by the municipality, that they have lodged but failed three time. Please note that I have given the agent everything including the title deed which I think I am now being scammed. To this day, I have not received my money nor that I have no property or the piece of land. I don't need their money anymore but my land as this has gone for over 6 months from being sent from pillar to post.
I intend to sell my small holding property in Midrand (Greater Kyalami) I have a potential buyer who is going to give me an Offer to Purchase. I need guidance/help with all the paperwork. Please provide me with an offer for all of these jobs and instructions on the certificates I need to obtain.
Fitting for family house, house was given to my mother, now mother passed away i was on the process to change house to my name. My aunts use her daughter behind my back to change the house in her name as she the only remaining child. I have all the documents to show house was under my mother's name. Her daughter works for municipality, used that opportunity. I want this matter to be solved in court.
Background of the case I applied to the HOA for approval to build a boundary wall. Approval was granted in October , and I paid the required fees. I relied on the estate manager to obtain neighbour consent (especially from house ), which was not properly followed through. Construction began, but was stopped by the HOA citing: Lack of written consent from house . A 5cm deviation from the approved plan. Withdrawal of consent by house (after approval was granted). CSOS Adjudication Outcome My application was dismissed. The adjudicator found the approval invalid due to missing consent and deviation. I was not given a formal opportunity to submit amended plans. The HOA is now pushing for demolition. The adjudicator made no order as to costs. Current Legal Action I have filed a Notice of Appeal and an Application for Condonation with the High Court. Grounds for appeal include: Procedural unfairness. Failure to allow amended plans. Consent withdrawal after approval. No formal documentation of withdrawal. HOA’s approval despite missing documentation. Good faith actions on my part. Urgency HOA is threatening demolition. A pending legal case exists against house to prove the timing of consent withdrawal. I need representation to stay demolition and proceed with the appeal.
Hi - I am getting married ANC however I would like to give my fiancé 50% ownership of the house. I am looking for a simple , cost efficient way to get her name on the bond. I have been researching and all confirms we have to do a transfer at the deeds office as a new deal. I want to know how I can donate / sell 50%of the property ( not at current house value but for a minimal amount ) thereby reducing transfer duties and able to execute the requirement. I have just purchased the property and paid transfer duties and it will not be feasible to do this all over again and pay the transfer fees especially if the is legal.
I have a shack in wallacedene, My Aunt want to take my shack as she claims it's her shack...she even lied by opening protection order against me. So today we went on court but I was late because of I had eye pain problem. So the court had made a final decision without me and they said I must leave the premises of my shack immediately. The shack belongs to me.
