I want to extend a granny flat by adding a shower at the end of the flat where the bathroom is (the bathroom currently only have toilet and a small basin) . There is a door at the end of the flat next to the basin that will be taken off and you can then walk through to the planned extend area (where there will be a shower). The extension needs to be 2m x 1.5m and needs to be enclosed (walls with roof). The plan is to enter the extension through the door inside the flat that will be taken off. There is currently grass at the end of the flat where we plan to just make a 2m x 1.5m concrete foundation floor.

The old stuff was cramped into an office when we moved here. The office is 3.5 x 4.5 big and stuffed. Chairs, desks, bookcases, cridenzas, old papers and stationary cupboards. House no. 1 - requires waterproofing my top balcony on the corner. I have dampness in one bedroom downstairs that requires attention and repainting. My driveway gate requires painting as well as a door. House no. 2 - requires carpets to be removed from 3 bedrooms. lounge kitchen passage way has vinyl that is glued down. I would like installation of bathtub, basin, shower and toilet in a nine square meter bathroom. This bathroom is located next to an existing bathroom which should allow for easier piping connection to the sewage system. The water source is a borehole which is also within close vicinity to the bathroom. I would also need tiling service, I bought the porcelain tiles. Including the wall and floor, the surface area is 40.2 square meters. Please note bathtub needs a stand built as its not a freestanding one.
I have a dispute with SARS. They refunded me R20 in for a medical bill after an eye operation and 3 years later they demanded the money back. I have tried every avenue to sort this out with our success. With interest they have increased the amount to R60 . It is impossible get a walk in appointment with them.

I am researching what the price would be for security of a night guard who would patrol the property for night service only. Can someone start a shift from 10pm till 6am or do you have specific time duties for evening shifts. What would the cost be every evening and what are the duties if contracted. Regards
