Hi, I have the approved current plans of my house on PDF. I am wanting to convert the garage into a granny flat. I have drawn the plans on what I want. I took civil /Technical drawing in high-school. So I just need them to be re-drawn to spec. I will submit the plans myself, so I just need them draw by a registered Draughtsman. Garage is currently 33m2 It will be expanded to 49m2 We have an existing carport on plan, that the addition will be built under.

I own a property in Goodwood (Townsend area) that has been internally altered into four independent apartments, which are not reflected on the original plans. He claimed he lost his job, he is now working and also has a new company registered under his name. He was once garnished but has defaulted on payments for over 5 years. I need to have his employer served to process a garnish order. To recover the arrears and continue to pay what is due. My case and file sits at the children's Court in Johannesburg CBD. I am struggling with school fees, and supporting our daughter's needs while he just continues to live his life.

The owner is the eldest of the siblings but has another house in Tembisa...others are married and have houses .When I was about to get the keys...the conveyance sent me a text she received an email from the lawyer stating that the last born sibling ( married in Lesotho) in back and contesting the purchase. The husband to the conveyancer is lawyer tried evictions without success....I used another lawyer (through Legal Wise) who after 2 years returned the file (which was literally empty) saying the matter was outside of his speciality. It's 5 years now and the R i paid can not be recovered .
Hi, I have been told I am getting fired verbally but they are not putting it in writing. There is also a lot going on like I've had no training when they said training would be provided and they yell at me (sometimes literally) about mistakes but never teach me how to correct it. My duties change frequently depending on who is in the office. I have had no verbal warning and no written warning at least none I've signed for or acknowledge for them. I have worked here for 5 months I had a probation of originally 3 months which they extended in December another 3 months which will be the end of February when they have told me I am getting fired. Attached is a copy of my contract. Please could I get some advise and what help would cost.
