Flat roof is leaking & too flat. I need urgent repairs or replacement work on the roof. I need the roof to be lifted a bit higher to get high ceilings & to create space between ceilings & roof.

IRB ,type arrangement, old property, roof slope is insufficient, contribute to the internal leakage.I need advice for either replace roof and modify the slope to allow better water drainage. OUDTSHOORN is area with high temperatures, the external repairs were mostly coating with material fiber, as expect will fail with in due time as result off the temperature changes. I want a permanent guarantee for the propose repairs or replacement.
