Sole Prop business, I am in debt to a supplier. I was busy paying them off but stopped due to them being unable to send signed invoices and delivery notes to prove that the debt was valid. Their lawyer sent notice that they are no longer involved. That was about a year ago I have heard nothing since. This morning received a Nulla Bona documentation. Was never informed of court date only found out when documents etc delivered to home address. Rented home, I do not own fixed property and wife and I married ante nuptial with a accrual. I need assistance in this matter.
(Pty) Ltd is a newly established, pre-revenue company currently applying to the FSCA for authorisation as a Category I Provider. We require an IRBA-registered external auditor for the company’s annual statutory and FSP-related audit requirements. The intended business activities include intermediary services in respect of funeral insurance. The company may also collect insurance premiums through a separate designated premium collection bank account, subject to insurer agreements and regulatory requirements. The business currently has 2 employees and has not yet commenced trading, so the initial audit should be relatively small and uncomplicated. Please provide a quotation for the annual audit and confirm whether your firm has experience with Category I FSPs and FAIS/FSCA regulatory requirements. Please also provide your IRBA practice number and the details of the responsible audit partner.

We want to add a long white built-in desk that runs along the back wall. The desk has three drawers on the left end, open paper-shelving cubbies, and two workstations, and then above the desk is a full-width glass or Perspex partition; it should also have a door or gate to go in and out. We also want a cupboard to hide the wall with cables and boxes. This first image is our inspo; the rest is how it looks now.
