Below is a breakdown of the key items grouped by area, for clarity and quoting purposes. House Façade Replace 3x existing windows with sash windows (as per attached sketch). Replace 1x window with a double-swing French door (as per sketch). Repair all visible cracks on the front façade and repaint the entire front. Waterproof and paint the side alley wall. Waterproof and paint the bay window roof. Install 2x exterior lights at the bedroom terrace (French doors entrance). Replace the existing front façade spotlight and neaten the exposed cabling. Sand, seal, and repaint the front façade fascia boards. Modify the existing front metal gate: lift and extend to match new garage height, and add a white metal backing sheet for privacy. Redo the passage floor. Raise the neighbour-facing side wall to align with boundary wall coping (see sketch). Garage & Terrace Install a single light point inside the garage. Extend water point from the front of the house to the terrace level. Install 1x plug point on the terrace and 1x plug point inside the garage. Install 2x up/down lights on the garage façade. Install 1x exterior light at the garage pedestrian door. Finish terrace and stairs in coloured screed or equivalent durable technical finish. Build an L-shaped bench on the terrace (as per sketch), open below with basic timber storage doors. Install cupboard doors under the built-in braai area. Construct a basic brick braai as shown in the sketch. Provide options for: A motorised garage door. A secure pedestrian entrance door into the garage. Provide a cost-effective alternative for the heritage-style balustrade for the terrace sides. Sand and paint wooden handrail top. Sand, brush, and paint all Victorian cast iron spandrels, gates, and balustrades. Cellar Conversion Review the space below the bedroom and convert into a basic cellar. Include access via: A door from the garage. A spiral staircase entry from the living room (see sketch for position). Roof Loft Add 1x window to the side brick wall. Install 6x plug points and 6x downlights. Loft to be insulated, with insulated flooring and carpet finish. We are in the process of buying a house and need to do renovations. Currently the bedrooms are downstairs and kitchen and lounge upstairs, we want to swop it around for the kitchen and lounge to be downstairs and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs 3 bedrooms walls need to be broken down, upstairs it's already an open plan so walls need to be built for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with ceilings. I need to replace the entire front boundry wall (approximately 26m in length) and possibly the construct one side boundry with neighbor (approximately 36m) I need the job to be done securely and affordable. Between the 2 properties affected there are 6 large dogs that would need to be kept in mind.
Hi, please can you quote us on a 2 sleeper rondavel unit? We are based in East London. The unit can be about 56 to 60m2 we don't want anything luxury just a standard rondavel please. The quote must include installed electrical DB, toilet, basin, shower/bath and a kitchen with hob.. How long would it take to be build? Thank you
Kitchen The kitchen is approximately 12 to 15 square meters and requires a full renovation. The design should be simple, sleek, and clean. All existing units will need to be removed. Plumbing can remain in its current position. Bathroom The bathroom is small and needs a new bathtub with an overhead shower, as well as a new basin. There is a possibility of removing the additional toilet to increase the overall space of the bathroom. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms, each approximately 10 to 12 square meters. Random built-in cupboards should be removed, and new carpets installed in all three rooms. Existing cupboards that will remain need to be repaired or fixed as necessary. Unit repainted lighter.
I have seperate pieces of extensions i would like to do. Depending on cost. 1. I want to add a sunroom just behind the stairs. Area measures approximately 2×2.5m. See images marked sunroom 2.
