Hi We would like to extend one side of the townhouse out by about 2 meters. It’s the side of the house with the kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms and main bedroom so this would be making these rooms bigger. Please see attached photo. We would like to add a covered patio with built in braai stand on the other side of the house which would be approximately 6 x 2 meters. We would like the person who will make the building plans to join us for this appointment to view the site and take necessary details/ measurements in order to make the necessary building plans and give a more accurate quotation for total cost.
