The paint on the walls are lifting, there is dampness which tells me there needs to be a leakage someone and we need to fix that. I am currently in the Free State and the property is located in Glenwood, Durban but there are tenants there. I can arrange with them for a time that will be convenient to visit the property.

I require a fence of about 4.5 meters in length plus a pedestrian gate. The height needs to be about 1 meter to 1.2 meters. I am not too sure about the kind of fence I need, I would need some advice on which kind would be best. The fence is required in order to keep my small dog away from an access gate.
