Do I need an architect if I want to build a house in South Africa?
A professional that is registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession must submit the building plans before extending, renovating or building a home.
I wish to add a carport/garage with fascade about 33 sqm and extend the kitchen area by 10sqm. I also have an existing boundary wall that needs to go on the plan. I have an SG diagram and copy of title deeds already. Can you kindly provide me with a quote.
Redraw plan to include alterations not previously included. Add additional building 3-4 bedrooms. Get the plan approved.
