Just planning. I want a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, simple but neat townhouse. Tiles throughout. Attaching images of a townhouse we have in mind. The main bedroom is not included. Hi I’ve got a little room outside that’s connected to our outside braai. The entire place is already covered. I’d like to convert our braai area into the room to extend the kitchen and add a living room to rent it out. It’s roughly 40-50 square metres. I’d like to know what if I need any plans submitted to the city? There’s no real change. Basically just adding one wall to extend the apartment side of the building and takeaway he braai.

We currently have a Lapa that is starting to become dilapidated and would like to build a new entertainment area/granny flat in its place. We have a design in mind and have done a basic render on SketchUp as a visual aid. We do not have plans for the house but hopeful there is a copy at the Municipality.

Hi Yes, We would like to have a few different designs done for our home in Meyerton (Glen Donald). We want want to do everthing in different fases. EG: Fase 1 - building and breaking of the house Fae 2 - Tilling and painting and then decorating We really do need a professional team in order to assist us with this.
