The recommended material must therefore be fit for the the natural impact that the sea has on homes that is close to the beach, i.e. rust, corrosion and mildew. My wish and expectations is to have an apartment that stands out from the rest in its dimensional (size) category.

1. Total land size is estimated at sqm. 2. Land is a gradient (not flat). 3. I want to slab a concrete roof over the pool. (This is probably estimated to be 10m x 15m) 4. This proposed new slab concrete roof over the pool to commence from the existing garage foundation floor level. (Hence will be able to drive onto the pool new concrete slab roof. This will also enable to access the front side of property and increase car parking space). 5. To also slab a new concrete roof over the exiting property. (Hence the normal roof truss and roof tiles removed and to concrete new slab roof. Later the intention is to build onto the new concrete slab roof. I had a double garage which I need to convert into a 2 bedroom flat. bottom section about 35 squares and the bedrooms must both be upstairs. Downstairs a open plan kitchen, and a shower with toilet and basin. I also need to include 2 Wendy houses and a area that was enclosed by the previous owner without a plan.
